SC Children's Museum

Yesterday we visited the SC Children's Museum. It was a blast! I always wonder if the activities are going to be age appropriate and luckily they were. Cannon loved playing at the farmer's market. He would grab the fruit and throw it from one box to another. He probably stayed at this station the longest.

Another one of his favorite stations was the sensory bins with rubber dirt. He wanted to put every piece in his mouth so we had to leave that bin because he was getting mad. They had two sensory bins with this same material. One was a garden and the other was digging for dinosaur bones. He loved them both. On a side note- he looks just like Mr. McCumbee with his new hair cut.

When I saw the peg station I knew he would love it. We had seen this station at the Crayola Experience and he just had so much fun! He really enjoys pulling each of the pegs out and throwing them on the floor.

We really did have a great time and for $8 it was well worth the trip. Cannon probably played for two hours and when we got in the car he was so wore out that he drank 8 ounces of milk and fell asleep.
